- How to quickly prepare quails for laying eggs?

    - Quail eggs prolong life and improve eyesight.

    - Is it true that nutritionists recommend quail eggs instead of chicken eggs because they contain cholesterol?

Nargiza Mamarizayeva, a master's student at the Faculty of Biology of Samarkand State University, is conducting a study on the topic "The effect of fortifying the diet of quails with whey on nutrient intake and digestion." Supervisor - Mirzokhid Kuziev, Associate Professor of the Department of Physiology and Biochemistry of Humans and Animals. To date, her scientific articles have been published in leading scientific journals in the USA, Poland and Russia.

“Today, the quail industry in the poultry industry in many countries is developing day by day,” says researcher Nargiza Mamarizayeva. "Quails have a special place compared to other birds in that they give more eggs, better quality and tasty meat." The demand for quail products is very high in countries such as Germany, Yugoslavia, France, England, Italy, Canada. In Uzbekistan, the number of quail farms is also growing significantly, but the demand for products is very low. Therefore, intensive feeding of quails is one of the most important tasks of poultry farming today. The purpose of my research is to study the addition of useful products, including whey, to the diet of quails, and their effect on the development of quails to prepare quails for rapid egg production. In most dairy processing plants, whey is discarded as waste. Milk whey can be used in poultry farming, including quail, without wasting it. The use of whey as a dietary supplement in poultry farming helps to increase the nutritional value and nutritional value of feed and improve the digestive function of the quail organism.

Quail is a highly nutritious, dietary meat and egg product in the food industry. The peculiarity of quail meat is that it is rich in vitamins, micro and macro elements, and rapidly decomposing substances. Quail meat is valued in the food industry primarily for its dietary value. Under normal conditions, quails begin to lay eggs at 35-45 days. For a year, one female quail lays about 2.5 kg of egg mass, which is 20 times its live weight. The addition of whey to the diet of quails improves the functioning of the internal organs of the quail, increases its resistance to diseases and immunity. Quail eggs are a product rich in all nutrients. According to the content of vitamins and minerals, they do not lag behind chicken. Quail eggs have 2-3 times more amino acids, iron, vitamins B, P, K and A. In addition, it has antibacterial, antitumor, immunomodulatory properties, improves fat metabolism, normalizes blood pressure and strengthens the immune system, prevents hair and teeth loss and premature aging, prolongs life, improves eyesight. It has a positive effect on diseases of the nervous system, anemia, hypertension, bronchial asthma and diabetes. Nutritionists recommend quail eggs instead of chicken eggs because of their cholesterol content. Quail eggs also contain cholesterol, but due to the presence of lecithin in them, cholesterol is neutralized and rendered harmless. Chicken eggs do not contain lecithin. When cholesterol is neutralized by lecithin, it does not damage the heart and strengthens blood vessels.

The study is the first in Uzbekistan to improve nutrient intake and absorption by enriching the diet of quails with whey. The scientific significance of the research results is due to the importance of whey as a food additive, and the achievements made make a significant contribution to the research of agriculture and industry in our country, aimed at the production and processing of food additives.
