    Biography

  • Born in 1978 in the Kamashi district of the Kashkadarya region;
  • 1998-2002 - Student of Samarkand State University;
  • 2002-2004 - Postgraduate student of Samarkand State University;
  • 2002-2008 - Lecturer and head of the department of the Academic Lyceum No. 2 at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service;
  • 2008-2013 - Director of the Academic Lyceum No. 2 at the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service;
  • 2013-2014 - Deputy head of the Samarkand regional department of public education;
  • 2014-2017 - Head of the department of secondary specialized vocational education of the Samarkand region;
  • 2017-2019 - Head of the Department of Public Education of the Samarkand region;
  • 2019-2020 - Head of the Samarkand Regional Department of the State Inspectorate for Quality Control of Education;
  • 2020-2022 - Deputy khakim of Kashkadarya region;
  • From November 8, 2022 to the present - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Samarkand State University.

Responsibilities

  • Organization of the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and orders of the President, decisions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and training;
  • Organization of educational, scientific, financial and moral-educational work on the basis of state educational standards and training of qualified personnel;
  • Ensuring full awareness of all deans and departments, heads of departments and teaching staff about the complex of requirements for the content of knowledge and the level of training in accordance with state educational standards;
  • Organization of the execution of orders, instructions and instructions of higher authorities, decisions of the Academic Council of the University and orders of the rector on issues related to the educational process;
  • Studying the development trends of the education system of advanced countries, methods and means of implementing the tasks defined by the Law "On Education", the "National Personnel Training Program" and other laws related to education, developing and ensuring their implementation;
  • Organization of the introduction of advanced forms of education, including distance learning, new pedagogical and information and communication technologies and their effective use in the educational process;
  • Preparation of proposals and organization of work in the field of activity;
  • Coordination, organization and control of the work of departments and deans, providing the educational process;
  • Approval of work plans of departments, faculties and departments and control over their implementation;
  • Improving the quality of training sessions, monitoring and ensuring the implementation of personal plans of the teaching staff;
  • Organization of educational and scientific conferences, management of the methodological council of the university and improvement of pedagogical skills, generalization of advanced methodological experience;
  • Implementation of the general management of the process of preparation and publication by the University staff of materials of educational, methodological and scientific works, including journals and collections of scientific works, as well as replenishment of the library fund with educational, methodological and scientific periodicals in all areas of educational and scientific activities of the University;
  • Management and assistance in the processes of search, selection and work with talented youth, management of the process of training students and interns-researchers-applicants for laureates of prestigious scholarships named after the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Navoi, Beruni, Ulugbek, Zulfiya and others;
  • Development of proposals for the staff of teaching and support staff for educational work, organization of work to provide departments, departments with qualified personnel;
  • Preparation of job offers on a competitive basis for vacant positions, interns-researchers-applicants and undergraduates, as well as managing the development and implementation of plans to improve and improve the qualifications of the teaching staff;
  • Development of issues of effective use of educational premises, improvement of technical equipment of classrooms and laboratories;
  • Taking measures against employees who have violated executive discipline, preparing proposals for terminating the contract with them;
  • Preparation of proposals for the creation of faculties, departments in cooperation with higher educational institutions of foreign countries in order to improve the content of education, ensure the training of specialist personnel based on international requirements;
  • Conducting annual reports on the activities of departments, faculties and departments, analysis and summing up, assessing the educational and methodological activities of the teaching staff using modern methods;
  • Implementation of constant cooperation with higher educational institutions in the educational and methodological direction, ensuring the active participation of the teaching staff in conferences, seminars, interaction with local governments;
  • Definition, analysis of the annual rating of a higher educational institution in the prescribed manner, work to improve activities;
  • Active participation in the ongoing internal certification, preparation and conduct of external certification of Samarkand State University in the prescribed manner.
  • Preparation of proposals for the creation of faculties, departments in cooperation with higher educational institutions of foreign countries in order to improve the content of education, ensure the training of specialist personnel based on international requirements;
  • Carrying out annual reports on the activities of departments, faculties and departments, analyzing and summing up, assessing the educational and methodological activities of the teaching staff using modern methods;
