A delegation from the social practice department of the “Silk and Literature in Uzbekistan” chair at Tsinghua University (PRC) visited Samarkand State University. The delegation was led by Li Zhangxin, head of the teaching and research working group under the Party Committee of the Social Academy and an instructor at the Center for Writing and Communication.

During the visit, the parties discussed the organization of winter internships for Chinese students in Tashkent and Samarkand. To this end, the delegation planned meetings with the leadership of Samarkand State University, the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, and the University of Exact and Social Sciences.

The primary objective of these meetings is to strengthen the current high-level friendly relations between Uzbekistan and China, as well as to further develop cooperation in education, establish student exchanges, and launch joint practical programs.
