University Support Center
Information on complaints
It is important to consider appeals from students and other interested parties at the university fairly, transparently, and in the prescribed manner. If a student or applicant encounters a problem, unfair treatment, or conflict situation related to the university's activities, it is recommended to first try to resolve the issue directly with the relevant professor-teacher, employee, or department.
If the issue is not resolved at the initial stage, the applicant may file a formal complaint in accordance with the established procedure of the university. Official complaints are considered by authorized officials or responsible departments.
Records are maintained based on the received complaints. In this case, the date of receipt of the appeal, the main information about the applicant, the content of the appeal, the measures taken, and the final result are recorded. This information serves the systematic analysis of appeals, identification of recurring problems, and improvement of the university's activities.
The main goal of the complaint review process is to resolve the issue fairly, impartially, and as quickly as possible. If necessary, based on the results of the appeal, measures will be taken to improve the internal regulations and practice of the university.
