The First Deputy Attorney General of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Justice Advisor of the 3rd class Bahriddin Valiev held a meeting at Samarkand State University with the participation of representatives from higher educational institutions in the region and local community representatives.

The event was organized to ensure the implementation of the decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PQ-1 and PQ-2 aimed at introducing a comprehensive system for creating a safe environment in the republic's mahallas.

Attending the event were the rector of Samarkand State University, Honored Scientist of the Republic of Uzbekistan and member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Rustam Khalmuradov, prosecutor of Samarkand region Murodqosim Eshnazarov, head of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Samarkand region Tohir Aripov and other relevant officials.

The meeting discussed issues related to preventing crime and offenses among youth, enhancing their legal culture, and increasing the effectiveness of ongoing preventive measures.

During the meeting, the services of the university's prevention inspector Shahboz Murodullayev and members of the “Qalqon” team, who are actively working in youth engagement, crime prevention, and public order maintenance were recognized. They were presented with commemorative gifts for their exemplary work.
