The rector of Samarkand State University, Honored Scientist of the Republic of Uzbekistan and member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Rustam Khalmuradov welcomed a prestigious delegation led by First Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance Ilhom Norqulov.
