INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL CONFERENCE
Today, the XI International Scientific and Technical Conference on the theme “Information Technologies and Nanotechnologies (ITNT-2025)” began at Sharof Rashidov Samarkand State University. The conference will address issues related to engineering sciences, materials science, nanotechnology, and modern information technologies. These fields of science are not only important from today's perspective but also hold significance for the future development of humanity. It is no coincidence that leading scientists worldwide are paying particular attention to this matter. Scientists from South Korea, Japan, the USA, China, India, Russia, Singapore, Israel, and many other countries are participating in the conference.
The conference was opened with an introductory speech by Academician Muhsin Ashurov. The participants were greeted by: Rustam Khalmuradov, Rector of Sharof Rashidov Samarkand State University, Honored Scientist of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis; Vladimir Bogatyrev, Rector of Samara University (Russia), Doctor of Economic Sciences, and Professor; Hyon Jun Choi, Professor at Seoul National University (South Korea) and President of the Council of the Asia-Pacific Physics Society; Qodir G‘ulomov, Academician and Chairman of the Uzbek Physicists’ Society; Sergey Gornov, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences; and Viktor Soyfer, Academician and President of Samara University (Russia).
Following the opening ceremony, a scientific discussion commenced, which began with a presentation by Sis Dekker, a member of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences and a professor at Delft University of Technology…
