Hakim Khushvaqtov, the Vice-Rector for Scientific Work and Innovations at Samarkand State University, and Toshpulat Rajabov, the Director of the Institute of Agrobiotechnology and Food Security, paid an official visit to the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences.

The primary objective of the visit was to discuss the stages of establishing and equipping a technopark at Samarkand State University, based on modern, intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment developed by the scientists of this academy.

During the visit, the guests familiarized themselves with the activities of the laboratories and technoparks of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences. Specifically, they were introduced to modern machinery and units for sowing seeds and seedlings, their cultivation, and harvesting, all created using digital technologies.

As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached to establish a technopark at Samarkand State University, equipped with automated, next-generation agricultural machinery.
