Samarkand State University was visited by a delegation headed by Vice-Rector of the Malaysian Pendidikan Sultan Idris University, Professor Marzita binti Puteh.

      The main goal is the establishment of international cooperation relations, discussion of exchange programs in magistracy and doctoral studies.

      Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of SamSU, Professor Akmal Akhatov held a meeting with the guests and paid special attention to the work on many grandiose projects in the field of education and obtaining state scholarships.

     During the dialogue, an agreement was reached on active cooperation in a number of areas, such as information technology, engineering, physics, Internet computing, computer graphics, artificial intelligence, engineering technology, financial management, economics, econometrics, human resource management, geography, history, mechanics, psychology and pedagogy. The issues of academic exchange between teachers and students were also considered.

      During the negotiations, promising ideas were put forward, such as signing a memorandum of cooperation between the parties in the future, supporting each other in the international ratings QS, THE.
