    On May 18-23, 2022, short-term rains will pass in the foothills and mountainous regions of the country, with wind intensification up to 15-20 m/s during thunderstorms. Heavy rain and hail are expected in places.

    In particular, in the Kashkadarya region of the republic: Yakkabag, Dekhkanabad, Chirakchi, Kitab, Shakhrisabz, Kamashin, Guzar, Kasan districts;

    Surkhandarya region: in Sariosi, Uzun, Altynsay, Denau, Baysun, Sherabad, Shurcha, Kumkorgan, Muzrabota regions;

    Samarkand region: in Urgut, Samarkand, Bulungur, Nurabad, Koshrabat, Kattakurgan, Poyarik, Jambay, Ishtikhon regions;

    Navoi region: in Khatyrcha, Navbakhor, Nurata, Konimeks, Karmana districts;

    Jizzakh region: in Zaamin, Bakhmal, Gallorol, Sharof-Rashidov, Forish, Yangiabad districts;

    Tashkent region: in Akhangaron, Bostanlyk, Parkent, Pskent, Orta-Chirchik, Yukori-Chirchik districts and in the cities of Angren and Almalyk;

    Namangan region: in Pop, Kosonsoy, Chartak, Chust, Namangan, Yangikurgan regions;

    Fergana region: in Sokh, Fergana, Besharyk regions;

    Andijan region: Flooding is possible in Andijan, Asaka, Jalal-Abad, Kurgantepa, Pakhtaabad, Izbaskan, Khodjaabad, Markhamat districts and the city of Khanabad.
