The 61-year-old poet was born on May 5, 1961 in the Urgut district of the Samarkand region. From 1989 to 1994 she studied at the Faculty of Philology of Samarkand State University.

    Works by Dzhumagul Suvonova: "Tillakosh", "Crying Oh", "The World I Can't Fit In", "Time of Fire", "Song of the Birds", "The Smell of the Earth", "Trace in My Soul", "Muzaffar". Collections of poems "The Way of the Wind", "Tarannum" and "Caravan of Life", "The Tale of the Red Girl", "Darbadar" were published. A number of her poems have appeared all over the world as examples of world poetry in anthologies published in countries such as India and the United States. In particular, the book of poems Restless Nights, published in the United States in 2016, is one of them. She is also the author of the monograph “Artistic Thought in the Poetry of Osman Azim” and such books as “The Problem of the Modern Literary Process and Poetic Style”, “Poetics of Experiences and Methodological Skills”.
