Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov was visited by a delegation led by the Coordinator for Higher Education in Central Asia of the University of Poitiers in France, Licha Bagini.

    During the talks with the coordinator of the international cooperation department of Samarkand State University Mukhtor Nosirov, the parties exchanged views on further expanding bilateral cooperation and strengthening existing ties.

    “Samarkand State University is the oldest and most prestigious university in Asia,” said Licha Bajini. - We are also united by the fact that Samarkand State University was founded in 1420, and our university was founded in 1431. It will also help build warm relations between the two universities. We have reached an agreement to improve students' French language skills. At the next stages of our cooperation, we plan to establish an exchange of teachers and students and conduct joint research.

    There was also a meeting with teachers of French at the Department of Romano-Germanic Languages ​​of SamSU. A master class was organized for students.
