Nobel Laureate Serge Haroche, one of the leading scientists in the field of quantum physics, visited the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies of Samarkand State University.

Serge Haroche became closely acquainted with the faculty's modern infrastructure, the capabilities of its scientific laboratories, and the research being conducted by young scientists. The guest was provided with detailed information regarding the practical significance and future prospects of the projects implemented by researchers. During the conversation, there was a detailed exchange of views on the importance of artificial intelligence technologies and quantum physics.

Furthermore, Serge Haroche inspected the new buildings, scientific laboratories, and research centers of the Institute of Biochemistry, and visited the Zoology Museum and the greenhouse (orangerie).
