The Law Faculty of Samarkand State University celebrated the 70th anniversary of Jamshid Umarov, a lecturer of the Criminal Law Department and a well-known lawyer.

    The event was attended by vice-rectors for academic work of Samarkand State University Ahmadjon Soliyev and Shukhrat Umidullayev, as well as representatives of the scientific community.

    Speakers at the ceremony highly appreciated Jamshid Umarov's significant contribution to the development of his field and his scientific research in the field of law.

    Throughout his years of activity, Dzhamshid Umarov has been actively involved in the development of legal knowledge and the development of theoretical foundations of the fight against crime not only at the university but also at the national level.
