On behalf of the staff of Samarkand State University, I sincerely congratulate you on your birthday. We are justifiably proud of such scientists as you, who studied at SamSU and now work in prestigious research centers around the world.

      I would like to acknowledge that you belong to a dynasty of great scientists. Your grandfather Rakhmonkul Orzibekov was a doctor of philological sciences, a professor, a true connoisseur of our classical literature. I can note with pleasure that dozens of monographs, textbooks and hundreds of articles have been inherited from him.

      Today it is commendable that you are providing scientific advice to doctoral students of the Department of Genetics and Biotechnology of SamSU Shakhzod Akhanbaev and Ikhtiyor Akramov. I would also like to express special gratitude to our masters for holding regular scientific seminars.

      I believe that your relations with Samarkand State University will further strengthen. The proposals and opinions of such world-class scientists as you are valuable for us in training modern personnel and opening new laboratories.
