The people of Uzbekistan have a long-standing culture of behavior in the heat. But we will once again remind you of some basic rules of behavior on hot summer days.

Try not to stay in the sun for too long, especially in the middle of the day. If this is not possible, try to protect your body and head from direct sunlight.

Drink plenty of fluids, not iced drinks from the fridge, but warm water or preferably green tea.

Eat more fruits and vegetables. Try not to eat very spicy and fatty foods. Do not buy products in stores that are not equipped with cooling devices - you do not know how long they have been in the sun.

While in an air-conditioned room, do not sit directly under the cold air flow and do not "program" the air conditioner to a temperature of less than 18 degrees.

People with cardiovascular disease should consult their doctor about taking medication.
