Khushnoza Mamadierova, a student of the Faculty of Biology of Samarkand State University, is conducting a scientific study on the topic “Methods for the biochemical determination of proteins in goats’ milk”. Her research on the composition of goats’ milk and the production of new types of medicines from it continues to be the focus of the scientific community. Scientists believe that goats’ milk softens the intestines, heals ulcers in the throat, and is useful for coughs, migraines, and stomach diseases.
World scientists believe that the chemical composition of goats’ milk is close to breast milk. The composition is rich in such valuable substances as calcium, magnesium, ferrum, manganese, potassium. A good effect is the use of goats’ milk in the treatment of rickets, liver diseases, pulmonary tuberculosis, allergies. Because of its high alkalinity, goats’ milk is a good remedy for patients whose stomach is producing excess acid.
