Partnership between Samarkand State University and University of Utara Malaysia
Samarkand State University was visited by a delegation led by Professor Shahimi Mokhtar, head of the international cooperation department of the University of Utara Malaysia. The main purpose of this is to sign international cooperation agreements between the parties.
