Today is the birthday of Alisher Gaffarov, Associate Professor of the Department of Uzbek Linguistics at Samarkand State University.

      Alisher Ghaffarov, candidate of philological sciences, was born in Nurabad region in 1960. The 63-year-old scientist has been working at Samarkand State University for over 36 years.

      On the occasion of today, the university staff sincerely congratulates Alisher Gaffarov and wishes him success in his scientific work, long life, health and peace.
