What are the advantages of entering the basic doctoral program for holders of the Presidential Scholarship?
Holders of state scholarships of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan are admitted to basic doctoral studies without entrance examinations (Appendix PKM-304.2, Chapter 3, paragraph 24).
