Dildora Khushvaktova, Master of the Faculty of Biology of the Samarkand State University, is conducting a scientific study on the topic “decorative trees of the city of Shakhrisabz and the prospects for their reproduction.” A number of articles on this topic have been published in national and international publications.

“Today it is important to study the bioecological characteristics of the trees planted around the city in order to further green the squares, streets and parks of Shakhrisabz, clean the environment from various toxic gases and create a clean environment for people,” she said. Dildora Khushvaktova. - Personally, I live in Shakhrisabz. I began to study the nature and climate of the city in a new way.

Green plants improve the sanitary and hygienic state of the environment, reduce the force and noise of the wind, purify the composition of the air, and moderate the temperature. According to the information, the tree bush provides the oxygen needed for three people during the night. On hot summer days, the air temperature in the shade of trees is much lower. In dense thickets, this difference can reach up to ten degrees. If ditches run through the thickets, the amount of water is in harmony with the plant world, creating a temperate microclimate around. Green zones also have a positive effect on the mental state of a person. Walks along the paths, alleys, alleys along the banks of the Angara, spring lawns or picturesque gardens, covered with picturesque trees on both sides, give a person spiritual strength. Such properties of green plants are even higher, especially on rainy days.

Due to the hot and dry climate of Shakhrisabz, it is important to study the bioecological characteristics of green plants and develop methods for their reproduction. When we propagated ornamental trees in urban conditions by a vegetative (cutting) method, it was found that the purple tree has a higher yield. The forgetfulness of other ornamental trees was relatively low. Therefore, it is recommended to massively propagate this tree in urban environments.
