If you're in a bad mood, try to improve it. Don't get stuck in one spot. Strive for self-affirmation, look for ways that will cause you to improve your mood. After all, what can you expect from others if you don't get sick about yourself? So, let's learn to work on ourselves.

    Ways to lift your spirits:

    1. First of all, learn to control yourself so that you always have a good state. Don't get upset about everything. Sitting alone with loved ones is indecent - learn to forgive ix. Forgiveness is, first of all, a way to cleanse your soul from ploxix feelings and not cause yourself mental suffering.

    2.Look at the world with smex. Smile even in the most difficult moments and say: “this one will pass.” If you really see for yourself in this, even the worst will pass very easily.

    3. Don't sit at home all day, go outside, go to work. Be among your friends. I am sure that your mood will not be reduced if you are less distracted.

    4.Bring newness into your life. Psychologists advise to periodically change your habits in life. For example, find a new hobby or change the style of clothing, image. Update the clothes in your wardrobe. Choose bright colors. Changes like these help lift your spirits.

    5. Learn to give yourself rest. Reward yourself by completing a task at work or at home. “Okay, I did it, I completed one of my tasks today, I am strong,” and think of something nice. For example, remember a fun evening spent with friends, or a man that you spent with your loved one. Light the scented candles and feel the scent.

    6.Eat fruit boosting drinks: tangerine, orange, drink tea with lemon. They contain an essential oil that helps with mood swings.

    7. Take a shower. Water helps to relax the body, increases its vital activity (tonus), improves mood.

    8. Try to reduce your sense of perspective, which means believing in perspective. Life is good for this weather, when it is cloudy today and the sun is shining tomorrow. So believe in tomorrow's sunny day.

    9. If you want to lie down to spit or take a nap - it's better not to do this. To give a damn is to think about things that ruined your mood. Instead, get on with it. When you move, your emotions also move. So watch a tape, clean your room, do some physical work. This will help you forget the grievances and cheer up.
