Minister of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education Abdukodir Tashkulov announced this today at the plenary session of the Legislative Chamber.

The minister told that from this year it will be allowed to transfer education only under 2 conditions, that is, if the student marries or moves to another region, or if the work of a civil servant is transferred to another place. Students of other categories are not allowed to transfer their studies under any circumstances.

A ministerial letter is also required when transferring training.

Instead of transferring studies, academic mobility will be used.

According to the minister, 150,000 students are expected to apply for transfer studies this year. This is almost equal to the annual quota. Students plan to move from their second year to regions with higher demand, choosing areas that are easier to access. Now this can not be done.
