Paragraph 41 of the Regulations “On the procedure for introducing a credit-modular system into the educational process in higher educational institutions”, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 31, 2020 No. 824, establishes:

“A student who misses 25% or more of classroom hours in a subject without a valid reason will be expelled from the subject, will not be included in the final control and will not be counted towards the corresponding credits in the subject. A student who was not entered or has not passed the final type of examination, as well as received an unsatisfactory grade for this type of control, is considered an academic debtor.

Such students have the right to retrain unlearned subjects at their own expense during the holidays or during subsequent semesters after payment is made based on the amount of the basic contract fee in accordance with the amount of credits not mastered in the relevant subjects.
