“International Girls's Day” was celebrated at SamSU
October 11, 2018 there was held in the assembly hall of Samarkand State University, an event dedicated to the International Day of Girls.
There were participated in it senator of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan N. Rabbimova, deputy mayor of Samarkand, chairman of the women's committee Z. Pulatova, specialist of the Samarkand scientific and practical center "Oila" G. Khusainova, chairman of the women's council of SamSU Sh.Tukhlieva and active students.
The meeting discussed the essence and significance of this holiday, as well as the role of women in society.
At the end of the event, some of the active girls spoke with their peers about their academic achievements.
