Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs A. Eshtayev, the chief imam of the region Z. Eshankulov, employees of the regional police department lieutenant colonel O. Nasimov, F. Khotamov, winner of the “El-Yurt Hurmati” award, honorary teacher G. Fazliev, teachers and students were attended on the event.
