M.F. Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technology invites students of Sharof Rashidov Samarkand State University to take part in the competition for studying in Master’s or PhD programs under the Government Quota (State Scholarship) of the Russian Federation.

The following opportunities are provided within the program:

  •  Free education in the chosen specialty (for the entire study period);
  •  Monthly academic scholarship, regardless of academic performance;
  •  Accommodation in a dormitory (if places are available).

Note: The following expenses are not covered by the scholarship:

  • Travel expenses;
  • Living expenses;
  • Voluntary medical insurance policy;
  • Visa fee;
  • Medical examination and fingerprinting costs.

 Start of the academic year: September 2026.
