National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE University) – St. Petersburg is now accepting student nominations for participation in the academic mobility programme during the spring semester of the 2026/2027 academic year.

Under the programme, students will have the opportunity to study at HSE University – St. Petersburg during the spring semester, which will run from 11 January to 30 June 2027 and will be organized into two academic modules.

Key requirements for applicants:

  • GPA: at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale;
  • English language proficiency: at least B2 according to the CEFR for students selecting courses taught in English;
  • Russian language proficiency: at least C1 according to the CEFR for students selecting courses taught in Russian.

Students may choose courses taught in Russian and English in accordance with their degree programme and academic interests.

Nomination deadline: 15 October 2026.

Before selecting courses, students are advised to review the list of degree programmes offered at the HSE University – St. Petersburg campus in Russian and English and identify the most suitable fields of study.

When searching for courses in the catalogue, students should make sure to select the appropriate campus and academic year in the search filters.
