We announce a new call for participation in the Erasmus+ KA171 international academic mobility programme at the University “G. d’Annunzio” of Chieti-Pescara (Italy) for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The programme offers students the opportunity to study in Italy during the Winter Term from 1 October 2026 to 28 February 2027.

Scholarship Information

Selected participants will receive:

  • €900 per month throughout the mobility period (total scholarship amount: €4,500);
  • Additional €250 per month for students with fewer opportunities, subject to Erasmus+ funding availability;
  • Travel support provided according to Erasmus+ distance calculation rules;
  • Assistance in finding accommodation in Chieti or Pescara;
  • Italian language courses before and during the mobility period.

Eligible Applicants

Applications are open to students who meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree students (final year only);
  • Master’s degree students;
  • PhD students;
  • Strong academic performance confirmed by official transcript;
  • English or Italian language proficiency at minimum B1 level (CEFR);
  • Priority will be given to applicants selecting courses taught in English.

Available English-Taught Programmes

The University “G. d’Annunzio” offers several programmes in English, including:

  • Psychology of Well-Being and Performance;
  • Planetary Sciences;
  • Health Professions of Rehabilitation Sciences;
  • Building Engineering – Cultural Heritage;
  • Computational Cognitive Science;
  • Economics and Management;
  • Legal Studies for Business Internationalisation and Innovation.

Required Documents

Applicants should prepare the following documents:

  1. Copy of valid passport;
  2. Transcript of Records;
  3. Certificate of enrolment for the 2026/2027 academic year;
  4. Language certificate confirming minimum B1 level in English or Italian;
  5. Research topic description (for PhD students only).

Important Information

Students cannot apply individually. Applications must be submitted through the International Cooperation Affairs of the University.

Each partner university may nominate up to 2 candidates and 2 reserve candidates.
