The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) is pleased to announce that it is organizing a long-term Master’s and PhD program in collaboration with Korean universities. KOICA is a leading development partner that contributes to peace and prosperity through cooperation through inclusive and successful human development.

    Requirements for participants:

1) Persons who have received an official recommendation from the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan to participate in the KOICA program

2) Persons in good physical and mental health

3) Candidates must be civil servants, employees of state institutions, research institutes

4) Good command of English (able to study and write dissertations in English).

5) Candidates who meet the recruitment criteria for each university/course

6) Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan

7) 40 years of age or younger as of January 1, 2025. (Recommended)

8) Persons working in the public sector in their main field and planning to continue their work after receiving a degree. (Preferred)
