In accordance with the letter from the National Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan for UNESCO (No. 158/26, dated March 13, 2026), UNESCO has opened the call for nominations for its 2026 Prize for Girls’ and Women’s Education.

Thematic Areas:

• Gender equality in education;

• Inclusive education;

• Quality education.

Key Requirements:

Eligible projects must focus on the above-mentioned areas and have been actively implemented for at least 2 years, demonstrating innovative and impactful results.

Submission Deadline:

Information regarding eligible candidates must be submitted to the International Cooperation Affairs of the University by April 20 of this year. Selected nominees will be registered on the UNESCO online platform through the National Commission for UNESCO.
