Engineering (TCCE 2026) will take place on November 12–13, 2026, at Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov, Uzbekistan.

Organized by the university in collaboration with international universities and research centres, the conference will offer both in-person and online participation. Topics include artificial intelligence, data analytics, cognitive science, quantum systems, mathematical modelling, signal processing, and cybersecurity.

The conference will provide a platform for exchanging research findings, strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration, and presenting practical technological solutions. Conference proceedings are planned for publication in Springer’s Scopus-indexed “Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems” series.

Scientists, doctoral students, early-career researchers, and industry professionals are invited to participate.
