	Lutfillayev Makhmud Khasanovich el_kitob@rambler.ru Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences. In 1989 he defended his PhD thesis. Participated in a total of 8 projects under the program of priority directions of the Scientific-Technical Center under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Under the direction of Mahmud Lutfillayev, about 60 multimedia electronic textbooks in biology, physics, computer science, the English language and more than 40 virtual laboratories were created. In addition, on the basis of computer simulation models of the subject "Zoology of invertebrates," developed by the scientist, 24 virtual laboratories were created, which are used in educational processes. 	Tuxtamurodov Nozir Ulmas o’g’li Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Technical Sciences. In 2024, he defended his dissertation on the topic “Algorithms for Intelligent Data Analysis under Singular Conditions.” He has more than 6 years of experience in Software Engineering, currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at the international company EPAM, and since 2025 has also been working at Samarkand State University at the Department of “Control Theory and Information Security.” In EdTech, developed two successful startup projects as a Tech Lead (marsit.uz platform and atomika.uz platform). Currently engaged in one international project in FinTech. One of the co-founders of the EdTech platform atomika.uz. Developed the CRM and LMS systems of marsit.uz from scratch. 	Sardor Mamarasulov mamarasulovsardor@gmail.com Mobile: +99899-328-54-92 Sardor Mamarasulov is a Doctor of Science (DSc) in Computer Science and Technology. In 2025, he defended his doctoral dissertation at East China Normal University (Shanghai, China) on the topic “Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Analysis of Multimodal Data.” He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Tashkent University of Information Technologies in 2014 and his Master’s degree from the Beijing Institute of Technology in 2018. He is a recipient of several prestigious international scholarships, including the Chinese Government Scholarship, Shanghai Government Scholarship, and Stipendium Hungaricum. Throughout his academic career, Dr. Mamarasulov has conducted research in artificial intelligence, deep learning, deepfake detection, audio-biometric security, and blockchain-based data protection. His scientific works have been published in high-impact international journals, with six papers indexed in the SCI database.

	Department of Management Theory and Information Security The department operates under the Faculty of Intelligent Systems and Computer Technologies at Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov. It offers undergraduate and graduate courses such as Information Security, Fundamentals of Cybersecurity, Cryptographic Methods, Optimization in Machine Learning, Computer Organization, Embedded Systems, Cloud Computing, Methods of Teaching Informatics, Programming Fundamentals, Systems Analysis and Modeling, Game Theory, and others. Research areas: Data analysis and processing, digital processing of complex fractal medical images, development of educational management systems, optimization problems in machine learning, and the design of special cryptographic algorithms.
