    There are people with whom communication brings a special joy, their hearts are rich, their eyes always shine with goodness.

    One of them was Hikmat Abdullayev, associate professor of Russian philology at Samarkand State University. The scientist devoted his life to science and education of youth.

    Hikmat Abdullayev went through the stages of Samarkand State University, from a student to the head of the department.

    During this time, the scientist acquired many friends and students due to his generosity and sincerity.

    In 1987, Hikmat Abdullayev successfully defended his dissertation on the topic “Valence signs on the verbal existences of the modern Russian language” under the guidance of a well-known Russian linguist, Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute V.V. Babayeva.

    As a true lover of the Russian language, he made a worthy contribution to the development of the Russian language in our country, opened his heart and taught it to all lovers of the Russian language, to everyone who wants to learn Russian.

    His more than 200 scientific articles on the problems of the Russian language have been published in prestigious international and domestic publications and are in the center of public attention. Already, various round tables and scientific discussions are being organized among the scientific community on the ideas put forward by Hikmat Abdullayev.

    On January 1, 2022, 4 days before his birthday, at the age of 73, a wonderful person, a talented speaker, teacher, caring father, Hikmat Abdullayev, passed away.

    Hikmat Abdullayev was an extremely intelligent person, able to resolve any situation in a positive way. Today, children are following in the footsteps of the teacher. All of them serve our people in various state bodies. We see his character, his generosity, his wonderful qualities in his children.

    The memory of Hikmat Abdullayev, candidate of philological sciences, associate professor, passionate teacher of the Department of Russian Philology of Samarkand State University, will always live in the hearts of his children, relatives and students.
