Based on the tasks set at the videoconference on August 23, 2019, held by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the development of public education, professors and teachers of Samarkand State University visited secondary schools of the region, especially in remote areas, and carried out propaganda work to promote large-scale changes taking place in our country today.

During these visits, the Vice-Rector on Youth Affairs of Samarkand State University, Doctor of Economics, Alisher Eshtaev, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Ermamat Sattarov and Doctor of Philosophy Jahongir Yakhshilikov visited secondary schools №32 and 56 in the village of Jush, Koshrabad district.

University professors delivered lectures for pupils and school teachers.

During the meetings, the guests told young people about the reforms in our country, about the opportunities that independence provided us, in particular about changes in the education system. Boys and girls talked about their dreams and plans for the future.

During the visit, more than 100 artistic books were donated to the libraries of these schools.
