Ismail Ekincioglu Professor, Doctor of Mathematical Sciences. He is currently a professor at the Department of Mathematics, Istanbul Medeniyet University. He graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Atatürk University in 1987. He later received his Ph.D. degree from the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Ankara University. In 1995, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. İ.K. Özkin and Prof. Dr. A. Gadjiev, he successfully defended his doctoral thesis on the investigation of Riesz transformations generated by generalized shift operators. Throughout his academic career, Prof. Ekincioglu has published more than 70 papers in various international journals. He has presented over 35 papers at international and national conferences and has supervised 40 master’s theses and 8 doctoral dissertations. He is also the author of 3 books on mathematical analysis. His main field of research is harmonic analysis. |

ISAMIDDIN SATTOROVICH RAKHIMOV Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, currently affiliated with Universiti Putra Malaysia and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia as a professor. Since 2004, he has been working at Universiti Putra Malaysia—initially as a senior lecturer (2004–2008), then as an associate professor (2008–2013), and as a full professor (2013–2019). In 2019, Dr. Rakhimov was invited to Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, where he has continued working as a professor to this day. Since September 2024, he has also been working as an external adjunct professor at the Department of Algebra and Geometry, Faculty of Mathematics, Samarkand State University. In 1985, he defended his Candidate of Sciences (PhD) dissertation on the topic: “Filtrations of groups describing arithmetic properties of elliptic curves.” Prof. I.S. Rakhimov is the author of more than 150 scientific articles, mainly published in prestigious international journals, as well as three monographs and one textbook (all articles are in English). He has supervised 14 PhD students. He is a member of the editorial board of 4 international and 3 national scientific journals, and actively serves as a reviewer for various academic journals. He has also acted as a reviewer for dozens of PhD dissertations. |

ALEKSANDR BORISOVICH BATXIN Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (DSc), currently working at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. Since 2022, he has been serving as an external associate professor at the Department of Algebra and Geometry, Faculty of Mathematics, Samarkand State University. In 1992, he defended his Candidate of Sciences (PhD) dissertation at Odessa State University (now I.I. Mechnikov National University) on the topic: In 2022, he earned the degree of Doctor of Science (DSc) in Physics and Mathematics after defending his doctoral dissertation at the Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, on the topic: Aleksandr Borisovich Batkhin is the author of over 90 scientific articles published in prestigious international journals. He has served as a reviewer for several scientific journals and has acted as a scientific advisor and opponent for numerous PhD dissertations. Shokhrukh Kholmatov Shokhrukh Kholmatov – Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematical Physics and Mathematical Analysis, Associate Professor. Since 2017, he has been working as a researcher at the University of Vienna (Austria). Since November 2024, he has also been serving as an adjunct associate professor at the Department of Probability Theory and Applied Mathematics, Samarkand State University. He obtained his first PhD degree in 2011 at Samarkand State University in the field of Mathematical Physics under the supervision of Academician Saidahmad Lakaev. His second PhD was awarded in 2017 at SISSA (Scuola Internazionale Superiore di Studi Avanzati, Italy) in Mathematical Analysis under the supervision of Prof. Giovanni Bellettini. Che Mohd Imran Che Taib Che Mohd Imran Che Taib – Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematical Physics, Professor. Since 2011, he has been working as a researcher and later as a professor at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. Since November 2023, he has also been serving as an adjunct professor at the Department of Probability Theory and Applied Mathematics, Samarkand State University. His main research interests are focused on applied financial mathematics, intuitionistic fuzzy sets and similarity measures, as well as fuzzy time series forecasting (currency exchange rates and financial time series). The scholar has published a number of articles in Scopus-indexed and other international journals, as well as conference papers presented at international scientific meetings. |

Zabidin Bin Salleh
Zabidin Bin Salleh – Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematical Physics, Professor. Since 2008, he has been working as a researcher and later as a professor at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. Since November 2023, he has also been serving as an adjunct professor at the Department of Probability Theory and Applied Mathematics, Samarkand State University. He obtained his BSc (Hons) and Diploma of Education from Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur (1992, 1995), his M.Sc. from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang (2000–2002) in Complex Analysis, and his PhD from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Serdang (2004–2008) in Topology under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Adem Kılıçman. His research interests include Topology, Functional Analysis, Fixed Point Theory, Geometric Function Theory, and Fluid Dynamics with nanofluid models. He is the author of more than 140 research papers in Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals, a supervisor of M.Sc. and PhD students, and a reviewer and editorial board member of several international journals. |
