"Food security: national and global problems"

Attention authors!

    1. The scientific journal “Food Safety: National and Global Issues” was registered by the Agency of Information and Mass Communications under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 30, 2021 with certificate No. 1197.

    2. The scientific journal “Food Safety: National and Global Problems” was established by the decision of the Department of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 28, 2023 No. 333/5 “Dissertations on the main ones included in the list of scientific publications recommended for publication of scientific results.

    3. The scientific journal “Food Safety: National and Global Problems” publishes scientific articles in the following areas:

• 03.00.00 BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES

• 06.00.00 AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES

    The journal is published every three months in print and electronic form.

    Deadline for accepting articles in the corresponding issue: until March 1, June, September and December.

    Official languages of the journal: Uzbek, Russian, English.

    Journal release date: March 15, June, September and December.

    The scientific journal “Food Safety: National and Global Issues” is published monthly on the website www.fsngpij.samdu.uz, and each article is indexed in the international databases Google Scholar, Crossref and ResearchGate. Each article is assigned a DOI number.

    2. Basic requirements for published articles: relevance and scientific novelty of the work; article size: up to 12 pages, including the list of references, figures and tables; The title of the article, abstract (180-200 words) and keywords (8-10 words) are given in English, Uzbek and Russian.

    3. At the beginning of the article, the UDC, topic, full name are indicated. author (must be written in full), organization, city, country, author's e-mail, abstract (see sample), and then the text is given. The text must include an introduction, the object of research and the methods used, the results obtained and their analysis, conclusion, and a list of references (in Cyrillic and Latin, see sample). The article recommends referring to literature published in the next 10-15 years.

    4. For text: Microsoft Word; Times New Roman, font 12, title of article in capital letters, spacing 1.5; paragraph 1.0 cm, top and bottom 2 cm, left side 3 cm, right side 1.5 cm.

    5. Links to the literature used are given in square brackets [1], and links to tables and figures are given in round brackets (Table 1), (Fig. 2). Tables and figures should be given after the text. Their total number should not exceed 5. 6. The list of references is given in the order of appearance in the text, for example [1], [2], ....     7. The list of references is repeated in additional Latin spelling.

    8. The editors recommend using the International System (SI) for citing physical measurements and the international Codex nomenclature for naming biological objects. Numbers after the integer are separated by a period (0,2).

    11. The editors may make minor changes to the article. Articles that do not meet the above requirements will not be considered by the editors and will not be returned to the author.
