Aidar Minmansurovich Kalimullin is a Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, and Director of the Institute of Education and Psychology at Kazan Federal University. His entire professional career has been closely connected with higher pedagogical education. He has progressed from lecturer to professor and rector of a pedagogical university.

From 2020 to 2022, he served as an international expert of the National Scientific Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently, he is an expert of the Russian Academy of Sciences and a visiting professor at Samarkand State University in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Лукаш Швейка

является доцентом Института образования Ягеллонского университета в Кракове (Польша) и членом Лаборатории поведения в кризисных ситуациях (Behavior in Crisis Lab).
С 2024 года он работает международным консультантом Группы Помпиду (Совет Европы, Страсбург), сотрудничая в рамках проекта «Изучение возможности терапевтических и профилактических вмешательств для снижения рисков и вреда от азартных игр в тюрьмах Молдовы».
С 2017 года он также сотрудничает с НПО Powrót z U, где команда внедряет научно обоснованные практики в области профилактики и реабилитации зависимостей (за это время организация получила 7 грантов, преимущественно финансируемых Министерством здравоохранения Польши).
С 2022 по 2024 год он работал доцентом в Институте образовательных исследований (Национальный исследовательский институт, Варшава).
Имеет степень Ph.D. по социальным наукам (педагогика), степень магистра по ресоциализационной педагогике и окончил последипломное обучение по методам статистического анализа данных в Техническом университете.
Он является соавтором четырех академических монографий и множества научных публикаций, опубликованных в ведущих международных журналах, включая Applied Psychology: Health and Well-Being и Psychological Trauma: Theory, Research, Practice, and Policy (издаваемых Американской психологической ассоциацией).

Aidarbekov Zeinabil Smailkhanovich


Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Professor. His professional career is closely connected with philosophy, political science, and the social sciences. Over the years, he has held positions as Research Fellow at the Institute of Philosophy and Political Science of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the “Kazakh Encyclopedia,” Associate Professor, Vice-Rector, Head of Department, Advisor to the Rector, and senior positions in the Administration and the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Currently, he serves as a Professor at the Department of Philosophy, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, and as a Professor at Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov.

Seylbek Shayakhmetovich Musatayev


Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor at the Department of Political Science and Political Technologies at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Honorary Professor at Yining University (China). Author of over 200 scientific publications, including 7 monographs, 6 textbooks, and 5 author’s certificates. Expert of the Republican Educational and Methodological Council at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Member of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan.

Alongside his scientific and teaching career, he has been actively engaged in creative work, serving as a political columnist for the republican socio-political journal “Akikat” and the national newspaper “Ana Tili”. He is currently a visiting professor at Samarkand State University in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Suleimenov Pirimbek Mukhanbetuly


Candidate of Political Sciences, Associate Professor at the Department of Philosophy, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. From 2019 to 2022, he served as the Head of the Department of Middle East and South Asia Studies at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the same university. Currently, he is the Director of the Al-Farabi International Research Center at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

He is the author of more than 270 scientific articles, over 20 textbooks, teaching manuals, and monographs. Several of his works have been published in journals indexed in the Scopus database. His research focuses on the historical and philosophical heritage of Abu Nasr al-Farabi and its promotion among the younger generation.

At present, he is a visiting professor at Samarkand State University of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Naumenko Evgeny Alexandrovich


Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor (VAK), Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RAE). Author of more than 200 scientific works, including:
