DOCTORAL STUDIES
The following individuals are eligible for Doctoral Studies:
- Those who have obtained the degree of Candidate of Sciences or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), or equivalent foreign academic degrees;
- Those who have made significant scientific achievements after obtaining the degree of Candidate of Sciences or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or equivalent academic degrees, including at least three scientific articles published in scientific journals that could form the basis for a dissertation research for obtaining the degree of Doctor of Science (DSc), as well as at least two abstracts in scientific and practical conferences, seminars, and scientific collections in relevant academic fields.
Applicants for Doctoral Studies must submit the following documents to the scientific organization or educational institution:
- Application;
- A brief biography;
- A copy of the work record book certified in the prescribed manner (for applicants currently employed);
- A copy of the higher education diploma, or the diploma proving the degree of Candidate of Sciences or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), or an equivalent academic degree obtained in foreign countries;
- A detailed project for the dissertation plan on the research topic and a plan for the doctoral dissertation to obtain the degree of Doctor of Science (DSc);
- A list of published scientific works, along with copies of them;
- A national or international certificate in foreign languages at the corresponding level, with a minimum of C1 level for philology fields or B2 level for non-philology fields.
