Gender equality occurs when people enjoy equal human rights, regardless of social status, gender, or other social characteristics. Problems of gender inequality have existed throughout our history. Historically, respect for women in the East goes back to the West. Many sources say that gender equality has begun to take shape, mainly in the West. In my work, I tried to scientifically prove and analyze that gender equality, respect for women in general originated in the East before the West, and respect for women is very high in the beliefs of the peoples of the East.

It is well known that in the late 19th - early 20th centuries, the role and participation of women in the socio-political life of society were in the center of attention of the Turkestan enlighteners. At that time, the role of women in society as educators of the children of the nation was taken into account. In the past, the work of our ancestors to enhance the role of women in society, increase their educational potential and ensure that they work with men in society on the basis of equality and socialization began primarily with education reform. topical issues of this period.
