Have you ever heard of a plant that prevents aging?

Nodira Nurullayeva, lecturer at the Botany Department of Samarkand State University, conducts scientific research in the field of morphobiological characteristics of plants. To date, she is the author of more than 20 scientific articles. More than 5 articles have been published in Scopus and Web of Science. Recently, the scientist successfully defended her Ph.D. thesis on the topic "Morphobiological features and prospects for the use of plants of the legume family."
“Plants of the legume family are usually found in the deserts of Southern Europe, Africa and Asia,” says Nodira Nurullayeva. - In the conditions of Central Asia, they are found in “tugais” and forests, along the shores of lakes and seas. Plants of the legume family serve to strengthen moving sands in places where sea water recedes. The trunk can also be used as firewood. In the process of studying the morphobiological aspects and introduction of the plant, we also revealed a number of medicinal properties. Analyses have shown that this plant can be widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. It is especially active in slowing down the aging process.
The protein contains ascorbic acid, polysaccharides, amino acids and proteins. Various medicines are prepared from the root, bark, leaves and young twigs of the plant. Also, its fruits are effective for treating diseases of the liver and kidneys, improving vision, preventing diseases such as diabetes, hypertension. Some species are also widely used as anti-aging and rejuvenating agents due to their antioxidant properties.
