Here are 9 habits that will help you feel yourself fresh every day.

Entrepreneur Scott Young shared tips to help him stay fresh and on track towards his goal. Try to apply these in your life.
1. Go to bed early
If you don't get enough sleep regularly, your productivity will decrease.
Task: try to go to bed at ten o'clock for a month. Every day, including on the weekend.
2. Exercise every day
Exercise is a long-term investment in your energy. Without physical activity, your overall health will deteriorate. It makes it difficult to think and concentrate.
If your work schedule doesn't include time to go to the gym, do pull-ups or burpees throughout the day. This exercise improves blood circulation, but does not take much time. If you have the opportunity, you can add fitness to these exercises.
Goal: Do at least 10 burpees a day.
3. Take a nap during the day
This is not laziness, but a healthy habit that has a positive effect on the body and memory. Daytime sleep is especially useful if you want to remember a lot of information. Plus, it gives you extra energy.
The main thing is not to sleep for too long. Waking up to the alarm and not turning the alarm off. If you sleep too long during the day, you will go into the deep phase and wake up even lazier.
Task: find 20 minutes to sleep after lunch, in order to restore strength and energy.
4. Do difficult tasks in the morning
The first four hours of the working day are the best time for important work. So get to work, as early as possible. Because when we do the right thing, the mood improves, we feel better. But if during the morning we spend our time on electronic records, meetings, calls, we do nothing useful, and as a result, in the afternoon we feel weak.
It is also not possible to work with full attention during the whole day.
Challenge: Spend the first four hours of the day in quiet, focused activity.
5. Make an evening schedule for tomorrow
Strength depends on how we start the day. If you start right away, you will see your goals come true at the end of the day. If it starts slowly, energy and time are wasted on inefficient work.
To prevent this from happening, you need to have a clear representation of how the day will go. Especially in the morning. To do this, we need to make a schedule for tomorrow. Picture your goals and write down these to work on them automatically in the morning.
Task: before going to bed, imagine tomorrow, make a schedule and write it down.
6. Motivate yourself with your goals
Many people believe in two opposing views at the same time: marketers can motivate someone to do what they can't do, but they can't change these people’s personal passions to do what these people need to do.
But this is not so. You just need to be more selective about the help you give to other people. It all starts with the packaging. The manner in which you present your goals and projects can evoke enthusiasm. Compare the phrase "things that I should do" and "what an exciting task". Do you feel the difference?
Next step - remember what makes you passionate. Why did you get this job, what do you want to do? Keep this aspect in mind.
Challenge: Spend 10 minutes each day thinking about what you can do today to get closer to your goal.
7. Avoid people who drain your energy
Parents are not chosen. Sometimes the same idea applies to colleagues and bosses. But you can choose your friends. You may have felt uplifted and refreshed after hanging out with some friends. And when you talk to some friends, you feel weak.
Of course, it is not good to exclude friends who are experiencing temporary difficulties in life. But if this person constantly pours out his feelings to you and does not help you in return, consider the level of importance in communicating with that kind of person.
Challenge: Limit communication with friends, who feel left out after the conversation.
8. Read good books
A good book will automatically tell you what to read. It not only talks about the facts, but also slowly changes thinking. Just as a good song evokes certain emotions, so a good book gives strength. Audiobooks are the best choice for this. You can listen to them on the road and when you are busy with other things.
9. Strive for balance in life
We're wasting time. Because the inner and outer aspects of our lives do not coincide. Your friends, colleagues, and personal fears can keep you from reaching your goals.
Take time to resolve conflicts in your life. Sometimes it's enough to change one thing. In some cases, a long-term plan is needed to get rid of the negative state or thought that is holding you back.
Challenge: Think about what is stopping you from achieving your goal and how you can overcome it.
