   Candidate of Law Sciences. Since 2022 she has been the head of the Department of State Legal Sciences of the Faculty of Law at Samarkand State University. In 2010 she defended her PhD thesis on "The role of democratic values in the formation of legal consciousness".

     Yorkina Sadikova is the author of 3 monographs and 3 manuals during her career. To date, she has published more than 80 scientific articles in Scopus, Web of Science and other prestigious international journals.

Mukimov Ziyodulla Yusupovich.

 

Doctor of Law, Professor. Since 1976 he has been working at the Faculty of Law, Samarkand State University.

In 1998 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic "The main historical sources of Uzbek law (VIII-XIX centuries)".

Professor Ziyodulla Mukimov for his more than fifty years of scientific and pedagogical activity has educated many students. He is the author of more than 15 monographs, 8 manuals, 5 textbooks and more than 300 articles.

 

Kuldashev Muhammad Mahmudovich

Candidate of Law Sciences, Associate Professor. Since 1997 he has been working at the Department of State Legal Sciences of Samarkand State University.

In 2005 he defended his PhD thesis on the topic "Sources of law of Turkestan region (1865-1917)".

Mukhammad Kuldashev is the author of 1 monography, 1 textbook, 3 manuals and more than 50 scientific articles. The scientist has also published articles in journals included in the Scopus database.

About the Department of State Legal Sciences

The Department of State Legal Sciences was created in 2022. Before that the department worked under the name "Jurisprudence and legal education".

To date, the department conducts research on "Ensuring the priority of national interests in the development of legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

By this moment teachers of department have created more than 30 textbooks, manuals, texts of lectures, educational and methodical manuals, collections and instructions. Also they published more than 20 monographs and about 500 scientific articles.
