Guldona Bekmurodova, a 4th year student at the Institute of Biochemistry of Samarkand State University, is conducting a study on the topic “Dynamics of changes in somatometric indicators during the day among representatives of different professions.” Scientific supervisor – Head of the Department of Physiology and Biochemistry of Humans and Animals of Samara State University, Associate Professor Mirzokhid Koziev.

      Gouldona's study consists of analyzing changes in height and weight across different occupations over the course of a day.

      “I conducted a study with representatives of 9 different professions: miners, electric power companies, banks, police officers, teachers, sports coaches, doctors, operators, pedagogues,” says Guldona Bekmurodova. - I compared body weight and height in the morning after breakfast and dinner. As a result of our observations, it was established that changes in representatives of different fields are not the same. Therefore, any human labor activity affects not only his internal organs (heart, liver, digestive, respiratory, nervous systems), but also his morphological indicators. That is, height is associated with a person’s movement, and body weight is associated with his nutrition...
