More than 120 students from Russia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Belarus take part in the conference. The four-day international forum is held jointly with Samarkand State University and Altai State University.

      Rector of Samarkand State University, scientist of the Republic of Uzbekistan, deputy of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, president of the Association of Asian Universities Rustam Khalmuradov opened the event with an introductory speech:

      - On behalf of the Association of Asian Universities and Samarkand State University, I congratulate the participants, guests and organizers of the forum! In modern society, the role of young leaders in the development of democratic and civil society institutions, youth public associations and organizations is increasing. Our forum is designed to give young people the opportunity to expand their understanding of the mechanisms of student cooperation, to suggest ways for its development and improvement. We expect interesting projects from the forum participants that can be implemented today. I am sure that the event will be held in a friendly atmosphere. The 6th Asian Student Forum "Uzbekistan - Asia 2023" will become a unique dialogue platform aimed at developing cooperation between students in various fields of educational, scientific, cultural and professional activities and creative and active youth of Asian countries...

    By tradition, the coordinator of the forum, Altai State University, presented the host of the forum, Samarkand State University, with a rating book to evaluate the activities of the conference.

      During the event, students performed their national songs.

    - We came from the South Kazakhstan State University, - says student Kamila Esingeldinova. - This is my first time participating in an international forum. Not only me, but all the students have a great mood. Thanks to the organizers, all the conditions are there. I really liked Samarkand State University. We have made many friends on the forum. Since I am a management student, I participated in a section called "The Future through the Scientific and Innovative Revolution". I heard good lectures and it was helpful. I intend to delve into this data and do scientific work...

    - Within the framework of today's international forum, we had the opportunity to see the ancient and modern city of Samarkand, we are happy about this, - says Zilola Rakhimova, a student at Osh State University. - The conference is held in high spirits. At the forum, which brought together Asian students, we saw the national customs and culture of peoples, exchanged ideas. In the future, we agreed to jointly implement a number of scientific and international projects. I wish good luck to the forum participants.

    - The fact that this international forum was held at our university for the first time in Uzbekistan made me proud, - says Nafisa Rakhmonova, a student at the Institute of Engineering Physics of SamSU. - Within the framework of the forum, I met foreign students who are interested in the field of physics and are engaged in scientific work. We exchanged contacts with each other and plan to cooperate.
