The head of the Central Asian Research Center for the Regulation of Artificial Intelligence at Samarkand State University, Irina Filipova, completed a two-week internship at the Shanghai University of Politics and Law (Shanghai, People's Republic of China), where there is a specially created research institute for studying problems in the field of legal regulation of artificial intelligence. China is challenging the European Union's global leadership in this area, also claiming a leading position in the development of legal regulation of artificial intelligence. The purpose of the internship was to become familiar with the work of the research institute (school of artificial intelligence and law) and attend lectures on the legal regulation of artificial intelligence.
