At Samarkand State University, a seminar was organized for deputy deans and directors, tutors on the topic “Methodology for the effective organization of spiritual and educational events.” The seminar was led by Mavlon Bobokhanov, head of the department for work with youth, spirituality and education.

In order to improve the knowledge and level of young people, expand their worldview, and actively support talented students, the university regularly holds a number of competitions and sports competitions. The activities of a psychologist, educator, deputy dean, and tutors are fully organized. In addition, in order to ensure public safety and introduce an effective crime prevention system among students, the position of prevention inspector was introduced on a contract basis. In a word, a large team was formed to manage the field and coordinate activities, and a mechanism for individual work with each student was created.

At the seminar, it was emphasized that from now on, instead of one-sided, boring and “clichéd” traditional events, special attention should be paid to conducting spiritual and educational events in harmony with the desires and interests of students.

After this, Nodir Melikov, an expert in coordinating the activities of tutors, conducted a master class on effective methods of organizing advertising activities. Otabek Elmurodov, a university psychologist, shared his views on psychological support for youth, ways to shape their worldview and political maturity.

The meeting was held in the spirit of heated discussions.
