Irina Filipova, an employee of Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov, is the head of the project “Artificial Intelligence Regulation: European Approach for Central Asia” (Artificial Intelligence Regulation: European Approach for Central Asia, Project 101124510 - AIREA-CA - ERASMUS-JMO-2023-HEI- TCH-RSCH), in February 2024, completed a two-week internship at the University of Bologna (Bologna, Italy). The purpose of the internship was to become familiar with the materials and methods of research on the regulation of artificial intelligence in the European Union, to study problems in the area under study and the ways to solve them proposed by European scientists.

    During the internship, Irina Filipova visited the Faculty of Law and the Forli campus of the University of Bologna, the Interdepartmental Center for European Studies of the University of Bologna, the Jean Monnet Center of Excellence and the European Documentation Center of the European Commission, and also got acquainted with the collections of the library of the University of Bologna.
