A valuable plant, unusual for Uzbekistan. It is used to prepare raw materials for the food and pharmaceutical industries.

      Medicinal substances such as synarix, cophytol, artichoke are prepared from it for the treatment of liver, constipation, diabetes, atherosclerosis, psoriasis, eczema, and pancreatic diseases. This plant that we are telling you about, the artichoke, contains proteins, carbohydrates, vitamin C, carotene, vitamin B1 B2, inulin, contains potassium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, iron, tannins , there are also organic acids. The most useful are the glycoside cynarin, as well as caffeine, ascorbic and quinic acids, which are used in medicine. The soft (meaty) middle part of the artichoke is used.

      Artichokes are eaten raw, fried and boiled. Its leaves and roots are used in folk medicine for bile ducts, atherosclerosis and rheumatism. Artichoke is a dietary vegetable, easily digestible, and its processed products are used as a starch substitute for diabetes.

      All other parts of the plant - leaves, stems, roots, seeds - are used in medicine. Decoctions, tinctures, extracts and oils from artichoke parts have long been used for the treatment and prevention of chronic diseases of the liver, kidneys, vital glands and sexual potency. Modern research confirms the beneficial effects of medicines made from raw materials obtained from real artichoke plants.

      Due to its high content of nutrients and fiber, the artichoke is also beneficial for the gastrointestinal tract, liver (promotes the elimination of toxins) and the urinary system (has a diuretic effect).

      In addition, artichokes are valued for their antioxidant properties. Eating artichokes protects cells from the effects of free radicals, prevents aging and the development of many diseases, including cancer.

      Eating artichokes normalizes metabolic processes in the body and reduces the amount of cholesterol in the blood. Preparations are prepared from the plant that help remove urea, toxins and heavy metal salts from the body.

      Artichoke helps with liver diseases and restores damaged cells. Preparations based on it are used during the recovery period after operations on the liver and kidneys. Artichoke extract helps with jaundice.
